She was born to not only create beautiful extravagant events but to inspire others & tell her story with the “Lauren The Effect”. With a diverse background of sales for a pharmaceutical skincare line, customer service in private aviation and professional residential interior design industry, she mastered many paths which ultimately cultivated her originality and style.

As the Chief Creative & Owner, she immerses herself into each client and project. Using her skills to build and handcraft custom works to truly make each event personal to her clients. Her / get-it-done attitude, meticulous attention to minute details, outside-of-the-box big thinking, solution-oriented, and creative inspiration make her an expert event designer and planner.

When she’s not planning events, you will find Lauren @thelaureneffect telling her story and living an active lifestyle that is filled with self-care and enrichment. From working out in the gym, spending time outdoors with her dog Tullia, sampling new trendy restaurants around town with friends. Or in the garage listening to music while restoring an antique piece of furniture.
